We believe that consistency of quality is a continuous process of product analysis, research and a rigorously implemented Quality Management System. The Laboratory in our premises geared with expert pharma graduates and post graduates contributes to our structure of quality maintenance. We have latest technological instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, GLC and UV/VIS spectrophotometer to carry out In addition, comprehensive chemical and micro-biological analysis. To achieve optimum quality our products undergo rigorous testing on each level from raw material to finished final product. Only after clearing each test our product is then supplies to the customers. Our Sampling procedure adheres to WHO- GMP and cGMP norms.

The Synmex Laboratory uses sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, GLC and UV/VIS spectrophotometer. In addition, our QCD undertakes a comprehensive chemical and micro-biological analysis. For the purpose of quality control of each input as well as finished product, we do a rigorous analysis through written down test specifications and methods applicable as per chemical, instrumental or micro-biological parameters. Our Sampling procedure adheres to cGMP norms.

The products are subjected for stability at accelerated conditions of temperature and Rh. One batch every year for each product is subjected for real time study.
